[tof] Self Distribution Kit for doco-makers

I am actually writing an article on the state of the Australian doco
industry and read this subject heading as "Self Destruction Kit for Doco -
Makers"! Obviously no guessing where the article is heading!

Think the Self Distribution Kit is a great idea.
