DCITA recently released a Request for Tender (No. DCON/05/26): eStrategy
Guide for Nonprofit Organisations.

Social Change Online, with lead consultant Mr Sean Kidney, has been
selected to undertake the design and development of the Guide.
Attached (as background) is a copy of the original Tender Brief for the
project.

A key aspect of development of the Guide is consultation with leading
nonprofit organisations.  The main period for design, development and
feedback is during May and June 2005.  Release of the finalised guide is
anticipated in September 2005.

sean at socialchange.net.au if you have any initial suggestions or
contributions you wish to make towards the development of the Guide, in
particular any existing sources of information/tools that you consider
might be relevant to the target audience (as described in the attached
document).  Or you may wish to suggest possible organisations to be
consulted in the guide's development.
