Same is true in the UK. However, note that foreign student enrollments are
down in both countries - probably due to tougher and more expensive visa
requirements (that's part of another even more interesting narrative) and
the fact that east Asian universities in particular now offer better value
and more or less equivalent status to their "Western" peer colleges.
