The author, Sem Karoba with the help from Hans L. Gebze, co presents the Papuan version of the story of Theys' Kidnapping, his Assassination and the efforts by the Indonesian government to either cover-up or reveal the killer of Theys. 

The book, as Papuans do, accusses not the TNI/Kopassus personnel, not the Indonesian army, not the international conspiracy, but the Mega-Hamzah Regime as the brain behind all efforts to kill human rights, democracy and non-violent movement of the people in West Papua. They call it a state terrorism, a politically motivated state-crime against humanity.

This is the other side of the story, the story that NKRI does not want to hear. Let Papuans speak for their leaders, ONE DAY BEFORE MEGAWATI reveals the killer of Theys, i.e., 1 May 2002.
