in the UN MOU points 73 and 74 and also be supported

3. Indonesia Delegation exit in UN members and joint with Unisoviet Rusia is International trick for USA so, USA also
support it for take Papua. 
4. Until 39 years (2002) now, Indonesia government never done the naturalization process of papua so, according with
International laws Papua still in Nederlands New Gueinea Rights and not Indonesia territorial.

1. Confer with Ministry foreign affair of Indonesian and USA President (F Kennedy)July 21,1962 only favorable opportunity Nederland to agree May 1, 1963 (the day transfer of Papua in to Indonesian).

1. Not care Papua in the New york Agreement for contetntion object must be dominant some International treaty betweeen Nerderlands and Indonesia.
2. Papua is Contention not transfer to Indonesia until done act of free choice (1969). 
3. Aact of Free Choice be let done by Indonesian and not following New York Agreement for One man vote. 
4. Made Un Resolution No. 2504 December 19,1969 which one very resistence with all International Laws product (UN MOU and others rules).
