Thanks everyone the idea seems to have legs. Can I get a copy of the Higgs
Report? 
And thanks Steve for the Peter Brokenshaw lead I met him at AIDC in Adelaide
but the article is going
To be really helpful and I will write to him.
Anyone with further input that might help me write the submission to AIDC
would be appreciated.
I was hoping to put in  a proposal to IDC at AFC by end of the week to get
some $$ for the research.
Is it the view of this group that it would be better to just produce the
workshop for AIDC and see what comes from that
Or get some $$, so some solid work on it and advance the level of the
discussion at AIDC by coming to it with more information?
