INVOLVEMENT WITH THE ACT OF SELF-DETERMINATION IN WEST IRIAN
(INDONESIAN WEST NEW GUINEA) 1968 TO 1969 By John SaItford (PDF
Format Here) The complete book has been recently
published, costs US$100 (contact: wpaction@iol.ie)
Dr. Saltford concludes that the involvement

OF WEST PAPUA AS A COLONISED PEOPLE AND COUNTRY by Powes
Parkob (Master of Law) (PDF Format

Papua: A Scandal in UN Decolonisation History. Mr. Parkop points
out clearly why West Papuans' Demand for Independence is Legally
Justifiable.

Human Rights Appeal to the UN Secretary-General on the International
Violations in West Papua, (PDF
Format)
This Paper points out basic violations of Papuans' rights
and argues that the violations of the Political Rights of the
Papuans to exercise our rights democratically according to
the International Laws and especially the UN Resolution 1514
has lead to further violations of human rights such as murders,
massive exploitation of resources, rape, torture, disappearance,
etc. This paper is the Human Rights Base for the Struggle for
West Papua Independence.

|
4. Book Two: West Papua - A Scandal
in UN Decolonisation History (PDF
Format Here)
This
paper argues that the handing over of West Papua to Indonesia
was a failure of the UN to exercise its own resolutions and the
UN Charter in particular. It says this is the UN scandal in its
decolonisation History. The emphasis of this book is on Legal
Base for the
Struggle for West Papua independence.

5. Book
One: WEST PAPUA: From Colonisation to Recolonisatin (PDF
Format Here)
This paper argues that the Decolonisation of West Papua was
a "recolonisation" by the Indonesian neo-colonial
power. Therefore, West Papua is not yet free from colonialism
up till now. This paper argues against Indonesian claim that
Former Dutch Colonies are all Indonesian Territories by pointing
out historical, political, socio-cultural and geographical
reasons why West Papua is not an integral part of Indonesia
whatsoever. The core of this paper is on the Historical Review
which explains clearly that West Papua has never been part
of Indonesian histories during pre-colonial period or even
during colonial time.
