This foundation is fully managed by the Indonesian intelligence, involving some Papuans who are mostly from the highlands of West Papua. AMP reasearch team found out that the 200 so-called tribal elders from West Papua highlands brought to Jakarta were all surprised that they were on a scenario to facilitate Autonomy Package. They expressed deep apology to AMP and promised that they won't repeat the same mistake.
Mecky Korwa is the head of this foundation, based in Biak Island of West Papua, involving Papuan elites. They are among others Drs. A.J. G. Jopari, MA, former Deputy Governor I of Papua Province as the Commander of Operations who will control all militia troops or the red-and-white front from his planned based in PNG. He is expected to become the next Ambassador of Indonesia to PNG.
Another person is Abraham O. Atururi, former Deputy Governor II of Papua Province. Other names appeared are Mecky Korwa, Jemi Asso, Yan Mamoribo, who are active in the foundation.
Also, the Bupaties (regents) right now such as J. G. Gebze (Maroke), David Hubi (Wamena), Regents of Fak-Fak and Mimika are also invovled actively.
